Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that after promotion to the post of Headmaster, the Petitioner has been directed to be posted at Primary School Akola, Masturi, however, according to the Petitioner, there lies some vacant post, as such he may be allowed to file a representation before the concerned authority and the concerned authority may be directed to consider his representation in accordance with law. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the State is having no objection if such representation is filed before the concerned authority. 3. The Petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of 15 days from the receipt of a copy of this order and the concerned authority is directed to decide the said representation within a further period of one month from the receipt of the said representation. 4.
