Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State No.1 to 4 and Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5. No notice is being issued to the respondents No.6 & 7 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. 2. At the very outset, Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 informs that an advertisement dated 16.07.2025 has been issued inviting applications for the post of Academic Resource Person (for short 'A.R.P.'). He also states that last date fixed for receipt of the application was 23.07.2025 but he has got instructions from the respondent No.5 to state that in case the petitioner applies, then his application would be considered. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to apply in pursuance of the said advertisement. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to apply in pursuance of the advertisement dated 16.07.2025 for the post of A.R.P. The application of the petitioner along with others would be considered in accordance with law by the competent authority. 5. Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 shall inform about this order to the respondent No.5 without waiting for a certified copy of this order as tomorrow is said to be the examination.
