Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 has brought on record the No Objection Certificate issued by the District Magistrate, Moradabad, District Moradabad being the respondent no.6 herein. 3. It appears that the knowledge of issue of No Objection Certificate was not there with the petitioner at the time of filing this writ petition. 4. In light of the same, prayer 'II' has become infructuous. 5. In view of the above, writ petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty file fresh challenging the No Objection Certificate issued by the District Magistrate. 6.
