Mr. Lalit Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Pankaj Patel, appearing for the respondent No. 2 jointly submit that the order of the Writ Court was challenged before the Appellate Court in Special Appeal No. 114 of 2025. 4. The aforesaid Special Appeal has already been allowed on 20.03.2025 when the order passed by the learned Single Judge has already been set aside. 5. Considering the contents of the judgment passed by the Division Bench in the aforesaid special appeal, this Court is of the view that the present contempt application has lost its efficacy, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed.
