After considering the previous orders, this Court on 23.04.2025 passed the following order:- "List is being revised. None is present on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. On the previous date also the case was got adjourned, however, in the interest of justice the case is adjourned for the day. List after four weeks. In case, none appears on behalf of the appellant on the next date, the case may be dismissed for non prosecution." 5. Since no-one appeared on behalf of appellant to press this bail appeal, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
