It is pleaded in the writ petition that the petitioner had taken loan for construction of 200 metric tons Godown under RIDF scheme. An order was passed by the respondent authorities to deduct installments to the tune of Rs. 37,700/- per month from the account number 103000135517 of Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadit Sariya. The petitioner has not annexed copy of order of recovery. A copy of Bank passbook has been placed on record as Annexure P/11. The first installment was deducted on 05.01.2016. There is no interim order in favour of the petitioner and further there is no representation too. Therefore, the instant petition is hereby dismissed.
