When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he does not wish to press the Writ Petition as the translated copy has not been filed properly. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 3. Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents stated that he had no objection. 4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, after rectifying the error in the translated copy.
