Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Ayodhya to District Siddharth Nagar. 3. It has been submitted in paragraph 14 of the writ petition that impugned order has been passed arbitrarily without considering fact that persons who had been posted much prior to petitioner in the District have not been transferred only singling out petitioner. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 10.08.2025, which is taken on record, but does not advert to aforesaid aspects. 5. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects and also since petitioner has already submitted representation dated 17.06.2025 with reminder on 14.07.2025, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director Treasury, 1018 - Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow is directed to take a decision on the said representation. For the said purpose, petitioner shall supply a certified copy of this order within a period of three days from today. Upon receipt of such certified copy of this order along with a copy of representation dated 17.06.2025 and reminder dated 14.07.2025, the said opposite party shall take a decision in light of paragraph 3(ii) of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and copy of representation/reminder of petitioner. 6. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
