The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a complaint under Section 190(1)(a) of Cr.P.C. r/w Section 200 and 210 of Cr.P.C. on 08.02.2023. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner had filed a complaint, which was registered as Crime No. 168 of 2019 and after investigation police have filed charge sheet, which is taken as C.C.No.250 of 2021. It is further submitted that in continuation of the said complaint, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 210 of Cr.P.C., however, the learned Magistrate, instead of trying the same along with C.C.No.250 of 2021, has directed the police to register a fresh FIR. It is submitted that this complaint would have to be merged in C.C.No.250 of 2021. 3. Considering the allegations, the learned XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Bheemunipatnam to club the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 210 of Cr.P.C. along with C.C.No.250 of 2021 and proceed with the trial. 5 4.
