This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing to respondents to correct the Date of Birth of the petitioner in Adhar card (No. 4246 3760 3219) which is pending before opposite party no.2. in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the application for correction of his date of birth has been made on 01.05.2025. Still such correction has not been done. Hence this writ petition has been filed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced before this Court instructions dated 04.08.2025 wherein it has been stated in paragraph 5 that the update request of Aadhar Card is under process and after due verification of the documents uploaded by him, the updation shall be done. 5. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his application as expeditiously as possible say within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
