The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to decide on the representation dated 06.09.2024 in accordance with law; and further direct O.P. Nos. 1 to 4 to deposit the amount of Rs. 16,30,931/- along with applicable interest, or, in the alternative, direct O.P. Nos. 6 and 7 to recover the said amount from O.P. Nos. 1 to 4 in accordance wit law." 3. The Counsel for the petitioner argues that for enforcement of the direction, a representation has been filed, which is pending. 4. In view of the said submission, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.5 to consider the pending application of the petitioner and to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
