Jitendra Pratap Singh & others) arising out of Application under section 175(3) of BNSS and order of learned CJM, Balarampur may kindly confirmed/reaffirmed/restored in the interest of justice" After arguing the matter at some length, on being confronted, learned counsel for the revisionists says that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision with liberty to the revisionists to pursue their case before the Magistrate/Court concerned.
