By means of filing instant civil writ petition, petitioner is claiming to award 15 bonus marks on account of rendering duties during the Covid period, to ensure his appointment on the post of Pharmacist, pursuant to recruitment under Advertisement dated 05.05.2023. 2. Indisputably, in the experience certificate dated 25.05.2023 (Ann.3) petitioner has been given work experience for the period 24.06.2022 to 04.05.2023, and it has been indicated that he did not work during the Covid period, i.e., from 22.03.2020 to 13.02.2022 and as such the claim of petitioner for grant of bonus [2025:RJ-JP:17540] (2 of 2) [CW-6066/2025] marks in reference to the order dated 25.04.2023, is devoid of substance. 3. Counsel for petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
