Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. 3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that the petitioner along with other accused was Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.1502 of 2025 found to be in illegal possession of Hans - 4 packets, Cool lips 7 packets, tobacco, 50 bundle Hans ( one bundle contained 15 Hans) from each 7 Nylon bags which totally to 5250 Hans. He further submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has seven previous cases of similar in nature pending against the petitioner and therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. 4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has got seven previous cases which are of similar in nature pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
