The private respondents, who are in the administration of the temple, submit that the allegation is false and has been made with a motive to prejudice them. According to them, they have never prevented anyone from participating in the temple festival. 3. This court considered the rival submissions made. 4. The private respondents are directed to ensure that all devotees are allowed to participate in the temple festival. The petitioner is permitted to visit the temple and offer worship. In the event that anyone obstructs the petitioner, the same shall be recorded and reported to the respondent police. The respondent police are directed to take appropriate action if any person in the village is discriminated against or prevented from entering the temple and offering worship. 5. With the above directions, this writ petition is closed.
