In pursuance thereto, the girl/wife has appeared. 2. We have interacted with the girl/wife separately. She has stated that she does not now want to live with the petitioner to whom she has solemnized marriage. 3. Thereafter, this Court has called upon the husband, the writ petitioner and again called upon the girl/wife. She again has stated in presence of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as also the husband/writ petitioner that she although has solemnized marriage with the petitioner but she does not want to live with her husband/the petitioner. 4. This Court, considering the aforesaid fact, is of the view that the writ petition is to be rescinded. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is rescinded and, as such, disposed of. 2 6. The parties are at liberty to move on their own wish. 7. The pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of. 8. The issue of security had been taken care of, as would be evident from the order dated 27.11.2024, which was passed on the apprehension having been expressed by the petitioner side and that is the reason the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dhanbad was directed to carry both the husband/petitioner and wife to Ichak, the native place of the petitioner. 9. This Court, keeping the aforesaid fact and considering the apprehension of threat upon the writ petitioner and his family members, needs to pass order by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach to the police administration if any untoward incidence will be there against him or his family members. 10. If any complaint is filed to the police administration, either under the jurisdiction of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dhanbad or the Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh, the concerned police officers will take all necessary steps to deal with the erring persons. 11. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 12. The video footage of CCTV provided to this Court in Pen Drive, which has been kept in sealed envelope with the 3 record of this case, be handed over to the Registrar General in sealed cover for keeping it in safe custody so that it can be made available in case the occasion arises.
