The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of all admissible post retiral benefits alongwith interest from the date it was due till the date of actual payment. Further prayer has also been made for a direction to opposite parties to determine regular pension of petitioner by counting the period from the date of initial appointment as daily wage in the year 1986 till date of superannuation on 30.04.2025 alongwith arrears and interest. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.4 i.e. Executive Engineer, Vidhyut Anurakshan Khand-I, Lok Nirman Vibhag, Lucknow or any competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
