Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to pay arrears of ACP and grade pay granted to petitioner vide order dated 30.01.2024 and for interest on the delayed payment. Further prayer has been made for a direction to opposite parties for payment of medical reimbursement in pursuance of order dated 14.02.2024 passed by the competent authority. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Balderai, District Sultanpur who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.
