2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail from apprehending her arrest for the offence instituted under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is neither license holder nor she has any concern with the shopkeeper of Janvitran Pranali Vikreta and she has been accused only on the basis that two years ago she was staff of license holder of that shop. It is further submitted that neither any chit of paper and nor any document has been found against the petitioner. There is no criminal antecedents against her.
4. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in view of the fact that she has no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.172 of 2024 with the condition that she will co-operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish her mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhaar Card with an undertaking that she will not

change her mobile number during the pendency of the case and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not cooperate with the investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
