The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.24 of 2025 on the file of Yadamari Police Station, Chittoor district, for alleged offences under Sections 109(1), 126(2), 118(1), 351(3) read with 3(5) of BNS. It is submitted that the petitioner is the mother of the 1st accused and thereafter certain marital disputes 2 aroused between the petitioner and the sister of the 1st respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner accompanied her son to the house of the 1st respondent. It is submitted that the allegations of assault would attract only to the 1st accused and the petitioner had only accompanied the 1st accused and she is the mother of the 1st accused. It is also submitted that the 1st accused is also arrested and remanded in judicial custody. 3. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Yadamari Police Station, Chittoor district is directed to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This order would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing report/charge sheet. 4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.
