The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by providing that Managing Director of the Corporation shall submit the updated and substantiated financial review to the State Government within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. The State Government shall thereafter examine the claim of the employees for grant of revised pay scale, within three months thereafter.
