Heard Sri B.V.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents 1 and 2, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel, appearing for respondents 3 to 5 and Sri G.Srinivasa Reddy, learned standing counsel, appearing for 6**^ respondent. 3. Petitioner seems to have been appointed as Field Assistant on 18.03.2011 at 6**^ respondent Gram Panchayat and since then, she has been discharging duties.
As respondents 4 and 5 obstructing the petitioner from discharging duties without there being any reason, aggrieved by the same, preferred present writ petition. are
4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel, appearing for respondents 3 to 5, placed on record written instructions dated 25.04.2025 stating that 3^'^ respondent or any

No.lOSlSof2025 % other higher authorities are not interfering with petitioner in performing her duties, however, on the complaint of one of the villager, an enquiry was ordered against the petitioner, pursuant to which. Assistant Project Director, Sattenapalli, has submitted enquiry report to respondent, basing on which, respondent is yet to take any further steps. In view of the aforesaid statement that as of now no
5. enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the respondents seems to have stated that are not interfering with petitioner in discharging her duties. Recording the aforesaid statement, this writ petition is
disposed of by directing respondents to allow petitioner to discharge her duties, however, the respondents are at liberty to initiate enquiry if in case they propose to do so, strictly in
6. accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending
consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
