According to petitioner, he executed the contract, awarded to him by Executive Engineer, Construction Division, Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam under ‘Jal Jeewan Mission Programme’, however, payment of the work done has not been released to him so far. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to Executive Engineer concerned on 02.01.2025. He confines his prayer and submits that the Competent Authority be directed to take decision in the matter. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Executive Engineer concerned to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 02.01.2025, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
