Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.256 dated 24.10.2024, under Sections 384, 354-C of IPC and Section 66-E of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time when learned counsel for petitioner realized that he will not get favourable order, he states that he does not want to pursue the present regular bail petition and accordingly withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
