Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3. 2. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that against an order of demolition, the petitioner preferred an appeal, which too has been dismissed vide judgment and order dated 11.03.2025. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred a revision under Section 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, which is said to be pending and the respondents are threatening to demolish the construction. 3. Considering the fact that the revision is pending, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the pending revision with all expedition and in accordance with law. 4. Till the disposal of the revision, no exercise of demolition shall be carried out. The petitioner shall also not raise any construction over the property in question.
