Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to extend the benefits of grant in aid to the attached primary section of the institution in accordance with law so that the teachers of the said section may be paid salary from the State Exchequer." 3. Considering the fact that the issue has to be considered by respondent no.1, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh and comprehensive representation before respondent no.1 who shall take the same into consideration and decide the same within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application. 4. Respondent No.1 shall also take into consideration whether the similar benefits have been extended to similarly situated institutions or not.
