The petitioner being aggrieved by the transfer order dated 13.06.2025, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition is before this Court. Admittedly, the petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. Considering the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of S.C.Saxena Vs. Union of India- 2006 (9) SCC 583 and the petitioner having joined at the transferred place as such, the instant writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today. In case, the petitioner raises his grievances within the time as specified then the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date the petitioner raises his grievances.
