This writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 20.11.2025 on the statement made by learned counsel for MDDA that the representation made by petitioner was rejected in terms of direction issued in WPPIL No. 133 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that the statement made by learned counsel for the MDDA is not correct. Petitioner’s representation is yet to be considered by respondent no. 2. 6. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for the MDDA concedes that his statement was not properly understood. 7. Having regard to the facts of the case, the order dated 20.11.2025 is reviewed/recalled. 8. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel appearing for MDDA assures that Chairman, MDDA / Commissioner, Garhwal Division shall take decision on petitioner’s representation, as per law, within six weeks. 9.
