Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 07.07.2025 whereby, the interim application filed by the petitioner along with an appeal against an order of cancellation has been rejected. 3. The contention of the Counsel for the petitioner is that no opportunity of hearing was provided nor was the documents, which were placed, ever relied upon. It is also argued that the defence taken by the petitioner shall not be considered while passing the cancellation order. 4. Considering the said submission coupled with the fact that the appeal is already filed, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal positively within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that in case the appeal is not decided within two months, the same shall be considered as contemptuous to this court.
