Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 14.02.2025 whereby departmental proceedings were continued against petitioner. Also under challenge are charge sheet dated 06.03.2023 and enquiry report dated 16.10.2023. It has also been prayed that arrears of salary for the suspended period 13.02.2023 till 14.02.2025 should also be paid to petitioner. 3. Mr. Jogenedra Nath Verma, learned State Counsel has been provided instructions and as per which final punishment order has already been passed on 30.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and a copy has been supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to challenge aforesaid order of punishment if so desired before appropriate forum. All the questions of law raised by petitioner in the present writ petition shall be available to him subsequently as well. 5. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
