The review application has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025. 6. The contention of the Counsel for the applicant is that another judgment rendered in the case of Pawan Chaubey vs State of U.P. and others:(2023) 16 SCC 698 was not placed before this Court and was not taken into consideration. 7. The abovesaid contention of the Counsel for the applicant merits rejection as non-placing of the judgment would not be a ground for filing a review application. 8.
