Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for reimbursement of medical expenditure incurred by petitioner amounting to Rs.4,37,396.56. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 06.08.2025 as per which order has been issued on 04.08.2025 for payment of Rs.3,02,330.56 and certain other amounts remain which are under process. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions, opposite party no.2 i.e. Director Mining and Mineral Directorate U.P. is directed to take a final decision with regard to aforesaid grievance of petitioner, within a period of six weeks from receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case petitioner is found entitled for the remaining amount, the actual payment thereof shall be ensured to petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter. It is further directed that the amount already sanctioned to petitioner vide order dated 04.08.2025 shall be paid positively within a period three weeks from today. 5.
