The Court has considered the aforesaid submissions and also perused the record and the extract of the order sheet which has been brought on record as Annexure no.2. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that an expedite order and suit filed in the year, 2024 may not be in interest, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned which shall be decided in accordance with law.
