This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Barama Page No.# 2/2 P.S. Case No. 51/2025 under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Barama P.S. Case No. 51/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 41/2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner, namely, Mafijuddin @ Mafizuddin Ali is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court/forum seeking regular bail in said Barama P.S. Case No. 51/2025 which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 6.
