Considering the fact that the respondent no.3 is yet to take a decision, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the respondent no.3 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and the directions given in the case of Jigya Yadav (Minor) vs. CBSE - Civil Appeal No.3905 of 2011 decided on 03.06.2021.
