The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No.45 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 224, 225, 353 and 504 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation made against all the persons who happened to be the family members and it has been alleged that when the police has gone to arrest one Rajan Yadav, the family members have objected the same. He further submits that the injury is simple in nature. He submits that the petitioners 2025:JHHC:25397 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4781 of 2025 have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition. He further submits that in identical situation one co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2418 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the scuffle has taken place. 5. From the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against the accused person and the injury is said to be simple in nature and in identical situation one co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2418 of 2024 and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No.45 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sangam/
