Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to set liberty to the petitioner. (b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby quashing the Order dated 22.04.2024 passed by the respondent No.3 contained as (Annexure No.1) to this writ petition." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent states that the impugned order of detention is dated 22.04.2024 and the detention period is over and as such the petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. The petition, accordingly, stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
