Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as Charge Sheet No.531 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 has been prepared and submitted in the court. Criminal Case No.1121/2024 is now being considered by the court and the next date fixed is 05.08.2025. The instructions are taken on record. 4.
