The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order of cancellation dated 25.04.2025, whereby the fair price shop licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. 3. Considering the fact that an appeal lies against the said order, no good ground for interference is made out. 4. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 5. The petitioner may prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. 6. In case, the appeal is filed within the period of 30 days from today, the same shall be treated to be within limitation. 7. The petitioner would also entitled to move an application for interim relief, which shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks of the same be filed, in accordance with law.
