Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no.2 to decide the application dated 19.05.2025 moved by the petitioner for renewal/transfer of the Arm License No.289, P.S. Kotwali Ayodhya on her name which was issued on the name of her father-in-law namely late Oraoni Yadav, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 19.05.2025 which is pending with the respondent no.2. 4. Considering the fact that the representation is already pending before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party no.2 to decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
