By means of the present petition, the petitioners have assailed the FIR No. 139 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 324 (4) BNS, registered at Police Station Baundi, District, Bahraich. 4. Sri G. D. Bhatt has informed on the basis of specific instruction that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 25.07.2025. 5.
