In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with. 3. At the very outset learned AGA has informed on the basis of instructions that charge-sheet has been filed on 13.7.2025, however, by means of this petition the F.I.R. has been assailed. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he is not aware that charge-sheet has been filed. 5. Be that as it may, since charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, the relief prayed in the writ petition may not be granted. 6. Accordingly writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the appropriate court of law challenging the charge-sheet, if they are so advised. .
