After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to not press this petition at this stage and liberty may be given to file anticipatory bail application. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed being not pressed. It is always open to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court and if such application is filed before the learned Sessions Court, the same may be heard and disposed of with expedition, without giving unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
