Heard Sri Mahesh Singh, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to Additional Principal Judge, Court No.3, Family Court, Lucknow for expeditious decision on an application No. 0523/2024( Sudha Rawat Vs. Hansraj), under Section 128 Cr.P.C.pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Court No.3, Family Court, Lucknow. 3. The petitioner has a remedy of filing a petition under Section 483 CrPC for the relief sought, and, in these circumstances, there is no occasion to invoke the power of superintendence of the Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4. The petition stands dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy by filing a proper application before the appropriate court.
