This Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in not releasing Provident Fund to the Petitioner not sanctioning Pension, Gratuity and other Retiral benefits to her on her retirement from TTD service on 31.03.2013 AN on attaining superannuation age as arbitrary discriminatory illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct the Respondent to release forthwith petitioners Provident Fund and sanction Pension Gratuity and all other Retiral benefits reckoning her qualifying service from 12.10.2001 in terms of the judgment dt.05.06.2012 in WP No.15773 of 2006 and also award interest at 18 percentage pa w.e.f 01.04.2013, and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise and to pass...”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. Learned Standing counsel for the respondent would submit that as per the oral instructions received, the interim order passed by this Court have been complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
