Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of correct grade pay of 1900/- w.e.f. 01.06.2012 in pursuance of Government Order dated 30.03.2016 read with 03.10.2012 and in parity with other Class- IV employees who have been granted such benefit. Further prayer has been made for direction to opposite parties to constitute an Enquiry Committee for circumstances depriving petitioner from benefit of aforesaid Government Orders. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Petitioner shall annex copies of the Government Orders dated dated 03.10.2012 and 30.03.2016 alongwith a certified copy of this order. 4. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
