Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Barahat, District Uttarkashi submits that the earlier NOC was cancelled as the petitioner was operating other than the licensed place and now a fresh NOC has been issued to the place, where he is presently carrying-on his trade. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand submits that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have taken prompt action and have abated the nuisance. 4.
