F.T.C. Lucknow to adjudicate and decide the said Regular Suit i.e., Regular Suit no.-177 of 2015 (Smt. Krishna Srivastava & Others Vs. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Srivastava) of the respondent no.-2 to 6 pending before respondent no.1 in a time bound manner, as expeditiously as possible." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
