Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3 and perused the record. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with. 2. This writ petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing No.0294 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 351 (3) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 Police Station Gosaiganj, District Lucknow. 3.
