By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed that direction may be issued to opposite party no.4 i.e. Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Mahanagar, Lucknow to provide viscera report to the petitioner. 3. Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA, has shown instructions letter dated 04.08.2025 provided by one Raj Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Gosainganj, District- Lucknow enclosing therewith the viscera report dated 10.01.2025. Copy of the aforesaid instructions is taken on record and one copy is provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. 5. Accordingly, this petition is consigned to record.
